Account terms

Draft for review. Items marked 'to confirm' are placeholders that legal counsel will confirm before publication.

Draft, to confirm: [Super Arena Pte. Ltd., UEN to confirm], operating as “Super Arena”, 321 Clementi Avenue 3, Singapore 129905.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Super Arena account, or by using the Super Arena website, member pages or app (“the Services”), you agree to these Terms, to the Super Arena Personal Data Protection Notice, and to any programme-specific terms and waivers issued by a partner academy when you enrol with it. If you do not agree, do not create an account. We will tell you when these Terms change. For a material change you will be asked to accept the new version before you next book, apply or change your family’s details; reading your account and withdrawing consents never depend on it. For a non-material change we publish the new version with a dated note. The version you accepted is recorded against your account.

2. Who may hold an account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Children and young people under 18 do not hold an account. A parent or legal guardian adds them to their family in the account and acts for them.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give about yourself and your family, and for updating them promptly.
  • By adding another person to your family, you confirm that you are entitled to provide their details and to act for them.
  • Each adult in a family holds their own account. Do not share your sign-in code with anyone.

3. What Super Arena does, and what the partner academies do

Super Arena runs the venue and the Services. Coaching, classes, court hire and programmes are run by independent partner academies operating at the venue. When you apply for or book a partner academy’s programme through the Services:

  • your application is passed to that academy so it can contact you and arrange a trial or booking;
  • the academy’s own programme terms, fees, cancellation policy and activity waiver apply to that programme, and the academy will ask you to accept them before your first session;
  • Super Arena does not coach, supervise or run the activity, and is not a party to your contract with the academy for that programme.

Fees, if any, for a Super Arena membership, pass or venue booking are set out at the point of purchase and are governed by the terms shown there.

4. Conduct at the venue

You agree, for yourself and for any child you are responsible for, to:

  • follow the reasonable instructions of Super Arena staff and partner academy staff; management may refuse entry or remove anyone who does not;
  • wear appropriate attire for the activity and the venue;
  • behave courteously; disorderly, aggressive or discriminatory conduct is not permitted;
  • not damage the venue, its facilities or equipment, and to pay for repair or replacement where you or your child cause damage;
  • not bring alcohol, smoke, vape, or bring glass or cans into the venue;
  • present your member QR code or identification when asked;
  • drop off and collect children promptly, no later than 15 minutes after the end of a session, unless the academy’s programme terms say otherwise;
  • attend any safety briefing the venue or an academy requires.

Super Arena and partner academies may cancel or postpone sessions for safety, maintenance, weather or other reasons. Where a session is cancelled, the academy’s programme terms govern any make-up or refund.

5. Health and safety

  • Participation in sport carries risk of injury. Before your child’s first session with an academy you will be asked to complete that academy’s health declaration and activity waiver. Nothing in these Terms replaces that waiver.
  • You confirm that any medical information you record in your account is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you will update it when it changes.
  • In an emergency, venue and academy staff may seek medical treatment for you or your child, and you agree to bear the reasonable cost of that treatment.

6. Your account

  • Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure.
  • You may sign out of all devices from your account settings. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used your account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or is inactive for a long period, after giving notice where the law requires it.
  • You may close your account at any time. Closing an account anonymises your personal data as described in the Personal Data Protection Notice; records that the law requires us to keep, such as payment and safety records, are retained in anonymised form.

7. Photographs and media

Super Arena does not photograph or film members for publicity without separate consent. Partner academies may ask for photo or video consent for their own purposes under their own programme terms. Consent for a child’s images is given only by that child’s guardian, is recorded separately for each child, and can be withdrawn at any time from the account.

8. Personal data

We collect, use and disclose personal data as set out in the Super Arena Personal Data Protection Notice, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we use your data to run your account and family, to pass your applications to the academies you choose, to send you service messages, and, only if you opt in, to send you marketing. You can access, correct or withdraw consent at any time.

9. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
  • Subject to that, Super Arena is not liable for loss or damage arising from a partner academy’s programme, which is governed by that academy’s terms, nor for indirect or consequential loss.
  • The Services are provided as available. We will take reasonable care to keep them running and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. General

  • We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email before they take effect, and you will be asked to accept the new version before you next book, apply or change your family’s details.
  • If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • Questions about these Terms: enquiries@superarena.com.sg.
