Badminton and pickleball courts inside a public sports hall under a high roof, lit in cool blue

Clementi Sport Centre: Sport Hall, Swimming Complex and Stadium Guide

Clementi Sport Hall and Clementi Sport Centre have public courts from S$3.50 an hour non-peak, with pool hours and a stadium closed for redevelopment.

Clementi Sport Centre is the ActiveSG complex on Clementi Avenue 3. Clementi Sport Hall is open daily, 7am to 10pm, for badminton, basketball, pickleball and table tennis; indoor pickleball or badminton is S$3.50 an hour non-peak for a citizen or permanent resident and S$7.40 at peak. The swimming complex is at 520. Clementi Stadium, 10 West Coast Walk, is closed.

Key takeaways

  • The hall is open daily, 7am to 10pm. Book it on ActiveSG.
  • One indoor pickleball court is S$3.50 non-peak or S$7.40 at peak, for the court, not per player.
  • The pool is shut on Monday. Its training pool, listed in the inventory as the teaching pool, stays closed through 26 October 2026.
  • Clementi Stadium, at 10 West Coast Walk, is closed for redevelopment.

What is on the site

Clementi Sport Centre holds four facilities: the sport hall, the swimming complex, the gym and the stadium. The hall, the gym and the centre office share 518 Clementi Avenue 3, Singapore 129907. The pool is 520 Clementi Avenue 3, Singapore 129908. The stadium is 10 West Coast Walk, Singapore 127156. The centre is open daily from 7am to 10pm, and it has no closure notice of its own. The pool and the stadium run on different hours. Clementi Sport Centre is a venue for Ministry of Education basketball championships and a training ground for Singapore’s national fencing team.

Rates are from the ActiveSG rate card dated 25 August 2026; hours are from the facility pages as read in September 2026.

Sport Hall

Clementi Sport Hall books badminton, basketball, pickleball and table tennis.

Play! Pickle runs group, private and family sessions on two indoor pickleball courts in this hall, and the court is booked on ActiveSG. Play! Pickle names the session types and the ActiveSG court booking, not a session price. Clementi Sport Hall has six table tennis tables.

The price is per court, or per table, for one hour. Two adults on one pickleball court pay once. Before 6pm on a weekday, that court is S$3.50 for a citizen or permanent resident. Saturday is peak from 7am, so the same court is S$7.40. A basketball court is S$15 non-peak and S$30 at peak. One user can hold two slots a day.

New to the game? Start with the pickleball guide, then find other courts on pickleball courts near you. A hired court comes without coaching; coached basketball is on the basketball programmes page, and other courts on basketball courts near you.

Swimming Complex

Clementi Swimming Complex suits a lap session or a child in the wading pool, on any day except a normal Monday. It is a normal pool, not a feature pool, so there is no wave pool and no slide. Inside: one competition pool, one teaching pool, one wading pool, and outdoor cardio equipment.

Hours are 8am to 9.30pm every day except Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, the pool opens 8am to 9.30pm. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday also open the competition pool from 6.30am to 8am. A weekday adult who is a citizen or permanent resident pays S$1. The weekend or public-holiday adult rate is S$1.30. A child or senior citizen pays S$0.50 on a weekday and S$0.60 on a weekend.

ActiveSG lists the training pool as shut from 14 September until 26 October 2026. The closure notice calls it the training pool while the same page’s inventory lists a teaching pool, and no other pool carries either name. Some areas of the complex are not accessible. Buy a swim pass on ActiveSG, then read the closure block before you promise the children a particular pool.

Gym

Clementi ActiveSG Gym suits a workout at the same address as the hall, without hiring a court. It is at 518 Clementi Avenue 3, Singapore 129907, and it was Clementi ClubFITT Gym. The gym is open daily from 7am to 10pm. The gym page lists 6872 9185 and 6776 2560 as its phone numbers; the second is also the number Play! Pickle gives for sessions in the hall.

You buy a gym pass, not a court slot. A citizen or permanent resident who is an adult pays S$2.50 a visit. A student or a senior citizen pays S$1.50. An adult who is not a citizen or permanent resident pays the standard rate of S$3.30. The visit price is not split into peak and non-peak. ActiveSG offers a capacity check and a pass purchase for this gym.

Stadium

Do not plan a jog at Clementi Stadium this month. Clementi Stadium is closed for a full redevelopment. The closure runs from 1 July 2026 through the second quarter of 2029. The address is 10 West Coast Walk, Singapore 127156, not the hall at 518 Clementi Avenue 3. Clementi Stadium still lists one pitch, an eight-lane running track and one fitness corner, and its listed daily hours are 4.30am to 9.30pm, including a note that the public can use a side gate before 7am. The closure notice overrides those hours. Clementi Sport Hall on Clementi Avenue 3 remains open for indoor bookings.

The Straits Times, on 2 June 2026, reported a shutdown from 7 July 2026 and a reopening in 2030. The minister’s alternatives in that report were Clementi Sport Centre, Jurong East Stadium and Bukit Gombak Stadium. The newspaper’s end date and the ActiveSG end date are not the same.

Getting there

Play! Pickle names Clementi MRT (EW23) as the station for the pickleball courts in the hall, a short walk from the station, and bus 78 from that MRT. Clementi Sport Centre notes a busy interchange and a train station nearby.

The hall, the gym and the centre share 518 Clementi Avenue 3. The pool is the next number, 520. The stadium is on West Coast Walk, so the MRT note for the hall is not a note for the stadium gate. The stadium gate is shut.

What is nearby

Super Arena’s published address is 321 Clementi Avenue 3, Singapore 129905. The hall is number 518 on that same avenue. Super Arena’s homepage says coming soon and calls it a multi-sport destination in Clementi, with no fee and no timetable on the page. Basketball, gymnastics, netball, pickleball and climbing at that address are not open yet. The court you can reserve today is the ActiveSG hall.

A Jurong East sports centre guide, a Jurong West sports centre guide, a Clementi pickleball page and a West Singapore climbing page are still to come.

Common questions

Is Sunday morning peak if I want a court?

Yes for a court. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are peak from 7am to 10pm, so a Sunday morning court is charged at the peak rate. A swim is priced differently. An adult citizen or permanent resident pays the weekend pool rate of S$1.30, not the court peak price.

How do I book a court at the hall?

Use the Book link beside the sport on the Clementi Sport Hall page, or the ActiveSG app. One user can hold two slots in a day. The charge is for the court or the table, so a second adult on the same court does not need a second booking.

Is Clementi Stadium open this month?

Clementi Stadium is closed for redevelopment. The ActiveSG notice runs from 1 July 2026 to the second quarter of 2029. A Straits Times report from 2 June 2026 gave 2030 as the reopening year. Those two end dates are not the same.

Can I swim while the training pool is closed?

The pool ActiveSG lists as the training pool, the one its inventory calls the teaching pool, stays shut through 26 October 2026. Clementi Swimming Complex itself is open from Tuesday to Sunday. Some areas are not accessible, so check which pool is in use before you go.

Is there parking at Clementi Sport Centre?

None of the hall, pool, gym or stadium pages gives a car-park fee or a bay count. The centre page does note a busy interchange and a train station nearby. For the trip itself, Play! Pickle names Clementi MRT (EW23) and bus 78.

Can I rent a racket or a paddle there?

The hall booking covers the court or the table. The hall page and the Play! Pickle Clementi page describe that booking and the session types, not hired gear. Bring your own paddle.
